Temporarily closed clubs
SATS follows the guidelines from the authorities and will remain closed until further notice. We miss our members and look forward to when we can open again and welcome back you back at our clubs.
We hope that we can inspire you with the training in the days ahead! We work hard to allways develop new digital products that you as a member to take advantage of. Now that we have opened up our digital univers for all members, regardless of membership type, you will be able to train the following:
- 130 unique Online Training-classes (yoga, strenght, cardio, dance)
- Up to 10 livestream group classes with instructor every day, new schedule each week.
- 16 audio-sessions, from running to mindfullness and meditation for bettter sleep
- Office training, for members at the home office
- Over a 100 training programs
- Training programs with home equiptments, which is available for purchase at our SATS Shop
- 20 days of yoga: short yogasessions (8-12 minutes)
- Online Training-classes for familiy's with children
- 12 steps to a better mental health in a challenging times with psychologist Carina Carl
- How to train your brain with neuroscientist Ole Petter Hjelle
- Mini lectures with personal trainers, nutritionists and physiotherapists to help you optimize your training
- Weekly webinars to answer your questions about training, nutrition and so on.
