Daryll has been a personal trainer and strength coach for over 12 years. He devotes his time to teaching, practicing and learning of different movement/strength systems. This is a combination of mobility, weight lifting, plyometrics (lower body speed-strength), running, calisthenics (hand balancing, gymnastics rings, bars), martial arts (boxing, thai boxing & capoeira), acrobatics, kettlebells, pilates and yoga. He uses a hollistic and generalist approach to help his clients attain mechanical adapations which promote better movement and strength development.
