Daryll has been a personal trainer and strength coach for over 11 years. He devotes most of his time (especially summers) to movement practice. This is a combination of mobility, weight lifting, plyometrics (lower body speed-strength), calisthenics (hand balancing, gymnastics rings, bars), martial arts (boxing, thai boxing & capoeira), kettlebells, pilates and yoga. He uses movement
tools from different disciplines to help create balanced training plans, typically introducing customers to diverse strength and movement systems.
