Join a focused and supportive small-group training program designed to help you lose weight effectively and sustainably. Over the course of 10 weeks, you’ll combine strength training, metabolic conditioning and nutrition tips — all scientifically structured to boost fat loss, increase energy, and improve body composition.

Since 2017, I’ve had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, allowing me to develop a vast experience and a dynamic approach to training. I specialise in creating personalised training plans that are challenging, ensuring you get a well-rounded fitness experience but also fun and engaging.
