This 10-session bootcamp is designed to teach you the fundamentals of Olympic lifting in a structured and progressive way. We will focus on technique, mobility, timing, and coordination to help you move efficiently and safely under the bar.
If you want to take your training to the next level and feel more confident with the barbell, this bootcamp is for you.
