Get Started Boot Camp is for anyone who wants to start strength training with a clear plan and solid coaching. It’s built around the fundamentals: the key movement patterns, safe setup, proper technique, and simple progression that actually makes you stronger over time. Across 10 sessions you’ll learn how to train with control, choose the right load, and understand what you’re doing (and why), so you’re not just copying workouts. It’s a good fit for complete beginners and also for people who’ve trained before but never had structure, consistency, or confidence.
