Get Started Boot Camp is designed for anyone who wants to begin strength training in a safe, structured, and easy-to-understand way. This is not a random group workout, but a well-planned program focused on fundamental movements, proper technique, and gradual progression.
Over 10 sessions, you will learn the key strength training patterns and how to apply them correctly in practice. The goal is to build confidence and control so training actually makes sense. This boot camp is suitable for complete beginners as well as those who have trained before but lack structure or confidence.
