Beskrivelse
This bootcamp is designed for female football players, focusing on strength development and injury prevention. Our program targets ankle, knee, and hip stability through evidence-based exercises that improve landing mechanics, balance, and neuromuscular control. Players will strengthen the glutes, hamstrings, and core while learning safe movement patterns for running, stopping, and changing direction. We will reduce injury risk, support long-term development, and build stronger, more resilient athletes.

Since 2017, I’ve had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, allowing me to develop a vast experience and a dynamic approach to training. I specialise in creating personalised training plans that are challenging, ensuring you get a well-rounded fitness experience but also fun and engaging.
