The Boot Camp is designed for anyone who wants to get stronger, improve their endurance, and rediscover the enjoyment of training, especially in a group environment. The sessions are structured as a circuit and include a variety of strength exercises that work the entire body, helping you train in a complete and effective way.
Each week you will be guided by a personal trainer who will support you through every workout, keep you motivated, and make sure you get the most out of the time you spend training. The program is suitable for all fitness levels
