Beskrivelse
The Hyrox Bootcamp is a 10-session training experience designed to challenge your body, sharpen your mind, and build lasting consistency. Over the course of 10 one-hour sessions, you’ll train in a motivating group environment while also receiving a structured training program to continue progressing outside of class.
This bootcamp isn’t just about workouts, it’s about joining a community. You’ll push through challenges, build confidence, and surround yourself with people who are working toward the same goal: becoming stronger, fitter, and more resilient!
