PERFORMANCE STHENATHLON BOOTCAMP!
STHENATHLON is a multifunctional discipline to build strenght and conditioning, based on taking benefits from Crossfit and weightlifting in a well balanced functional training with olympic bars.
The sessions will be setted up on 3 different parts:
1. Warm up
2. Strenght part
3. Wod
