
Fredrik Ahlbeck
My passion for training comes from competing at a high level in handball as well as long distance running. Injuries along the way sparked my interest for injury prevention training and rehab, especially legs (hips, knees, ankle) and back.
A Bachelor and a Master degree in sport science, as well as years of experience in the field has given me a solid foundation to become an expert in training.
