Ready for a challenge that’s fun, energizing, and great for fitness? Join us every 13:30 in the Hit Room for a beginner-to-amateur friendly kickboxing journey. Over 12 weeks, you’ll progress from simple techniques to advanced skills, all while boosting endurance, coordination, and burning calories. Led by Michael, 5x Taekwondo Champion, this bootcamp is about learning, moving, and enjoying the process. No experience needed—just bring your energy and let’s HIT it together!
