HYROX Bootcamp
Train Smarter, Perform Better
A weekly HYROX class is great for fitness, but if you want real progress, you need more. Bootcamp focuses on the three pillars of performance: Strength Training to power through sleds, lunges, and wall balls; Endurance Training to build stamina and pacing for all the runs; and Technical Training to refine form, efficiency, and race-day confidence. This complete program is scalable for all levels and designed to help you perform at your very best.
There will be two classes this one will for strength and technical development.
