I’ve been practicing Olympic lifting for over 7 years, competing and coaching athletes ranging from complete beginners to high standards. This bootcamp is designed for you—whether you’re brand new, have some experience, or are looking to take Olympic lifting more seriously. Throughout the bootcamp, you’ll gain the essential knowledge you need to succeed, receive individualized technical assessments and personalized adjustments, and build experience you can bring into your own training
