Sessions are designed for athletes ready to take their on-court performance to an elite level. Each session progresses from the previous to keep you developing, as you build strength, speed and power whilst being challenged to move more efficiently. A health-first approach is prioritised at all times, with the aim of constructing a resilient and powerful body fine tuned for basketball and staying injury free - so you can perform at your best always!

Using high performance principles from elite sport, I deliver tailored coaching to build strength, confidence and long term health. I support athletes, professionals and beginners with a health first approach focused on effective training, strong foundations and sustainable results while developing mindset, habits and lifestyle for lasting wellbeing.
