This Bootcamp will cover key exercises for improving your strength across all planes of movement; aiming to give participants the strength and skills to confidently train with barbells and other free weights.
Sessions will consist of multiple compound movements with a goal to improve pressing, pulling, squatting, and hinging abilities.
This Bootcamp is perfect for people wanting to learn the foundations of strength training, as well as people wanting to improve their technique for their compound lifts.
