Lose Weight Boot Camp er den perfekte treningen for deg som ønsker å utfordre deg selv og oppnå resultater.
Beskrivelse
First session we will do an Inbody test (access muscle mass and body fat ratio) and have a nutrition and lifestyle talk followed by a short session. On the following sessions we will focus on weight loss through working hard during the sessions and creating a supportive environment from all the participants. All the participants will receive a generalized training program to help with their goals.

I have worked as a Personal Trainer for more than 14 years having done more than 14 000 hours as such. During this time I have trained teens to seniors, high level athletes to people that went to the gym for the first time in their lives. Independently of the method that I use to train my clients, I love to achieve goals and create new ones to maximise human potential.
