Grab the handle with the cable being around knee level.Place your feet wide apart with the furthest foot away from the pulley and nearest foot close to the machine.
Turn to one side, away from the machine, until the near arm is extended straight.Keeping arms straight, pull diagonally upward around shoulders by rotating torso.
Extend your knees as it makes its way around the body.
Slowly return to the original position and repeat.
