From Portugal, experience in different Countries.
I practice Capoeira and different methods of Strength training (weightlifting and calisthenics most of the time).
I have also done Basketball competitions but now I just enjoy playing it once in a while with friends, always up to be active!
When training clients I always like to deliver methods that have shown to be effective in research papers.
