I am a hardstyle kettlebell specialist who uses the minimum effective dose to achieve optimal results using just one or two lumps of iron. Since becoming a trainer in 2007, my aims have been to prevent injury, improve performance, and increase energy levels by implementing whole-body movements which best translate to everyday tasks and sporting environments. It's time to do more with less.
