I started working as a PT for strength and conditioning in 2013. I’m an athlete in grappling and Brazilian jiujitsu and I’ve been an MMA competitor for 1 year. I’m specialized in combat sport, strength training, power training (weightlifting), conditioning (running, rowing, HIIT, Interval training) and functional training. I work everyday to improve myself and my clients.
