My goal is to help you succeed and be comfortable in the gym. I want you to enjoy your training with me through a combination of challenging and fun workouts together. Whether you want to get stronger or just be comfortable using the gym on your own I am there to help. I am an experienced ultra marathon runner and obstacle course racer and hope to use my determination to help you find your own.
