Getting strong in all rep ranges in your individual range of motion while learning to stabilise the body is the key to safely and successfully build muscle . As we age it’s imperative to have as much muscle and strength as possible to combat any sarcopenia . I have worked with men and women of all ages from 11 to 78 years old .
