Tony has been involved in coaching and personal training for over 20 years. An adventurous lifestyle means his personal fitness and readiness has always been central in his life. His clients have ranged from athletes to regular exercisers to total novices, from the very old to the very young, all benefiting from his unique blend of coaching skills, life experience and knowledge. Training with Tony is a journey of self discovery. His approach is holistic and deploys ideas and methods from a broad range of training disciplines. At all levels, emphasis is on form and technique, functionality and awareness, core strength and stability. Tony is an accomplished swimmer, runner and skydiver with experience in cycling and triathlons.
