Jon Aage (Yogi) has worked as a personal trainer for 3 years and has recently finished his bachelor study in physioteraphy. He has experience in various athletics such as American football, soccer and wrestling. His goal is to work with you, and together find a trainingprogram that is motivating and tailored to your personal needs. Based on your strength, mobility, movement and injuries he will help you reach your fitness goals.

Jon Aage har jobbet som personlig trener i 3 år og har nylig fullført bachelorstudium i fysioterapi. Han har bakgrunn fra ulike idretter inkludert amerikansk fotball, fotball og bryting. Han er opptatt av å jobbe sammen med deg for å finne et treningsopplegg som er motiverende og tilpasset dine personlige behov. Med utgangspunkt i din styrke, bevegelighet og eventuelle skader kan dere jobbe sammen for å nå dine mål.
