Start on all four where you place your hands under your shoulders and knees under your hips. Put the back of your hand on the floor and slide under the other arm in a calm motion. Strive for great rotation in the thoracic spine and put your shoulder, cheek, shoulder – where you end up – in the floor. Then go back with your arm and rotate the entire upper body up to the other side, ending with the arm in the air.
