Beskrivelse
Do you know that about 50% of regular runners get injured each year? This class is key to help prevent! I am an avid runner, a physical therapist, and a personal trainer with extensive experience training and treating all levels of runners.
This boot camp will remain small to best individualize to each persons starting level. The class will focus on running specific strength, drills, along with running. Video analysis of running gait also included.
From beginners to the most experienced runners, this boot camp is for you!

I’m a Physical Therapist from the USA, seasoned athlete, mother of 2 and passionate about helping others. My multi-approach to training is to help you be the healthiest you can be, so you can keep being active for decades. My style is always kind, individualized, fun and results-oriented. I am always thinking about correct mechanics and your long term goal!
