Skånsom trening med fokus på balanse, fleksibilitet, styrke og generell helse – i et trygt og sosialt miljø.
Beskrivelse
Focus "Better balance". This is an intensive course over 5 weeks with a special focus on balance training and strength exercises needed for better balance. The course starts and ends with testing of balance and fall risk. We conduct 2 training sessions per week throughout the period, and you will have access to your own customized exercises for home training. The training is led by 2 experienced Personal Trainers. You will receive close and focused follow-up with adapted exercises at your level. We look forward to helping you and find the security of better balance.

I’m a Physical Therapist from the USA, seasoned athlete, mother of 2 and passionate about helping others. My multi-approach to training is to help you be the healthiest you can be, so you can keep being active for decades. My style is always kind, individualized, fun and results-oriented. I am always thinking about correct mechanics and your long term goal!
